Long text fields in reports

Dear,

We have 3 types of long text fields in our C4C tenant:

1. Notes = standard SAP fields present on activities, leads, ... Multiple lines of text can be typed here.
2. Custom text fields = custom fields we created in the HTML5 UI on several BO's. Multiple lines are not possible. (type = text)
3. Formatted text fields = custom fields we created in the HTML5 UI on several BO's. Multiple lines and lay-out is possible. (type = formatted text)
   The formatting doesn't really matter for us, but we can't seem to create a custom field where you can enter multiple lines, without formatting.
   
   

Our customer would like to have some reports where these fields are fully visible.
e.g. A report with all appointments from last week. In this report, the "Notes" field should be completely visible.

As it is now, there are 2 problems:

• For field types 1 and 2:
  • We can add the fields to the report, but the text is cut off after a certain number of characters. We want to make it completely visible.

• For field type 3:
  • We can't add the field to a data source, and thus can't add it to a report. The formatting doesn't really matter, we just need the full text in the report.

Does anybody have a solution for these problems?
