Hello SAP Community,
When the agent sends an e-mail to the customer, the customer receives the "email sent by" as "SAC".
What i want is to send the email with the "sent by" with a description like "SAC + Company Name"
Like Gmail does in the example in the screenshoot("Equipe do Gmail" in portuguese - "Gmail team" in english).
Is it possible?
