I have some questions about how will be the best option for integrating C4C with any non SAP system. Our requirement is that we need to integrate C4C with so many different DB sources. We need to built Views and we need to validate and send information between C4C and the other systems. The problem that we are facing now is that in some systems we are not going to have web services created.
So, my question are: can SDK be able to extract data or connect to any database besides web services???
We are currently using HCI for integration with ECC. SAP integration can be done using HCI or PI, so I supposed that HCI can connect to any DB as same as PI and here is where I am getting confused right now. I know that HCI has a prepackage out of the box for connecting with SAP ECC or CRM, but what about to non SAP systems. Is there any prepackage out of the box for HCI to connect to any data base??? Can HCI can connect or extract data from any Database and send it in C4C???
Maybe I am confused about HCI and it is only focused on SAP solutions, whether is on premise or on demand. Please could you also confirm me HCI is able to connect to any DB and SDK possible integrations/connections.
