Hi Friends ,
I am currently working on workflow rules where I have created a rule to send email notification when a new activity is created( such as task activity or appointment ). Now we have a requirement in which email notification should be sent to the employees 15 minutes before the start time as a reminder that their appointment or task is scheduled at this time(start time). Is it possible to do create such type of workflow either by PDI or standard Workflow functionality available?
