Target group members upload using CSV file

Hi friends,

I'm trying to upload target group members in a particular target group with the help of csv file. My csv file is:-

Now when I try to upload this file I get  this error:-

You can't add 1 members due to invalid ID formats. Only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores are allowed.

Also I tried to use , instead of ; delimiter then it shows invalid delimiter error.

Plz. help me how can this error be fixed?
