ECC Integration: Number range is picked Internal instead of External

Hi,

 

We are facing Number ranges Issue in Integrating ECC with C4C using PI –

 

Standard behavior – In Integration Scenario Account replicated from ECC should pick External number range declared in C4C.

Error in our tenant – On replicating Accounts from ECC it is picking Internal number range.

 

Step1: Account from ECC are replicating to the cloud successfully via PI

Step2: Number ranges have been defined appropriately

Step3: There is no ID mapping error

Step4: Expected outcome is to see Customer number (ECC)  = Account ID (C4C)

 

But what is happening is the Account ID field in C4C is being populated by the internal number range.

 

Any help or insight to resolve this error would be greatly appreciated.
