Do you know if it is possible to Disable automatic contract assigned during ticket creation? Currently, when we crate new ticket, the Contract is assigned automatically. Sure if there is case when two applicable contract available for Customer/Registered Product - we see notification message and Agent has to select manually.
The Idea is to disable this functionality, and after ticket is create - Agent will assign Contract Manually, or even request to do this for his manager. This is business process specific related question.
I've checked in the internet, other SCN topics and guidance but I didn't found anything that can be done via configuration. Also browses Project Scope, but no any "question" asked if I want to do that manually or aquatically.
Please share you Ideas or experience of workaround, otherwise it will be a custom development that I would like to do as a last option.
