Dear Experts,
I'm trying to simulate outbound calls in my tenant. I've been successful in doing so, however the call never gets started, and hence the Call Started always remains blank. Because of which I'm not able to Create Tickets / Create Customers from the Live Activity Links.
From another discussion, I learnt that I need to download and install The CTI Connector project, which I did. However, I'm not sure if any other configuration is required to simulate Outbound calls successfully.
Please advice on the same.
