Cloud someone please help me with some options for the following scenario:
The bank authority requieres banks to provide its customer with a complaint form.
By law, this form must include some specific fields.
Then the service agents at the bank must type this information into their current CRM.
Would you recommend addressing this challenge using Interactive Forms by Adobe and SAP Hybris Cloud for Service?
If so, how could we turn the information entered by the banks customer in this IFbA into a SAP Hybris C4S object, i.e. to create a ticket.
