I wanted to have a look at the usage statistics of one of our tenants and wondered if it is possible to see statistics about the offline usage of the system. Since there are statistics available about the used devices, I assumed offline statistics would be available as well.
Can anyone tell me if this is the case?
Furthermore, I looked up the topic and found this:
According to this information, it is not possible to use the system offline for example on an iPad or iPhone without the offline settings set by the administrator. I tested it on an iPhone an was able to access the system offline, but we didn't set any of the offline settings in advance.
Can anyone tell why this was possible?
