Text Analysis- sentiments not working for Facebook posts or Tweets from customer

HI All ,

Need advise on how this Text analysis for sentiments work ,I am able create tickets from FB/Twitter and all configurations seems to be in line.

But the sentiments are not changing at all , it always shows "Not Available".

 

Can I have some expert to guide on this.
