I wonder how C4C assigns incidents to users. Is there a specific rule I can adjust? Or does every user with an access to Application and User Management gets incidendt notifications?
Also how can I include a provider into Incident handling? There is an action "Send to Proviider", but how do I set up actual e-mail of the provider in c4c?
