C4C integration with Twitter

Hi all,

I'm trying to integrate twitter tweets with the service tickets for social media

I set the permissions on my twitter test account:

I made a new Social media channel with the consumer key & consumer secret & connect with the channel

Then I authorized with twitter and after I received my account details:

After Saving & closing I made an import run + scheduling

When I look to the job list i get errors:

Does anyone know what I need to do in order to solve the error?
