C4C Integration with Great Plains and Office 365

Hi Community,

I have a customer who currently has an Office 365 and MSFT Great Plains environment. They are looking to integrate a solution like C4C.

I read that is has open APIS to SOAP and OData web services.

Does anyone know how tight the integration is with Office 365 and Great Plains?

Does it have the ability to track field service requests with GP?

What Integration tools would be neccasary?
