This might be silly question but I'm very very new to this 
I've been reading that whenever we buy a production tenant, we also get a test tenant and that is clear. But it says "one test tenant is permitted at any given time" What is the meaning of this, does it have an expiration date whenever it is setup, is it only for testing changes quaterly or what is it about?
Also it is possible to buy a "permanent" tenant, then I'm not sure I'm understanding how exactly each one of them works. In other words, what is the difference between the default test tenant we can have and the permanent one that can be purchased? other than some time constraint apparantely.
Could anybody help me clarify this?
