500 SAP Internal Server Error in Chrome Browser

Hello,

While I'm trying to create Service Ticket in Chrome browser, I'm getting error message as "500 SAP Internal Server Error". This does work in IE and Mozilla.

500 SAP Internal Server Error

 ERROR: The application running deliberately caused an abort with short dump. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Anyone had similar issues in past or can anyone let me know what might be the problem?
