Hi SAP and all,
We are implementing C4C ticket and have found there is a gap for third party repair service scenario in the standard C4C integration with ECC. Ideally if a service is performed by an external contractor, we would expect C4C to generate a PR/PO in ECC...However this is not possible in 1505 yet...
Any of you have got experience on C4C Ticket for third party scenario? How did you guys handle this requirement?
Is this feature on the SAP roadmap?
