What are the customers business indicators that will benefit with SAP C4C?
What is the real impact on ROI?
How does this solution should be positioned in each situation (using it as stand alone software, using it with SAP CRM or ERP on-premise)
How would be the ROI in those cases?
Is there any case studies that can be used to sell this solution?
Until now I am getting great feedback from potential customers but a lot of worries concerning the ROI on this solution...
