Expose employee data to extension field

Hi All,

In C4C, we have created an extension field that is going to be used to display a list of employees in the system. The intent is to create a relationship at the contact level to a person from our company (I only know that you can create a relationship to an account, not at the person level..).

Is this possible to do out of the box or if it is an SDK-type item? If its SDK, how can we do this?
