Sales Quote e-mail sender address determination

Hello

The sales unit address in the sales quote email that is sent to the customer is wrong.

The employee is assigned to Sales Unit 0100 Virginia. The sales quote is assigned to Sales Unit 0100 Virginia. The Seller in the sales quote is 1000 Company USA. Both 0100 & 1000 have valid different addresses in Organizational Management as well as in their account masters.

Now the Sales Quote sends the email using the employee email address which is correct but the address is showing only the title of 1000 Company USA, not even its address but its tel/fax number & email.

I expected the Sales Unit 01000 Virginia address to be in the email - that is what I want.

What am I doing wrong ?
