Using SAP JAM as Knowlage base in C4C Service Ticket Solution Finder

Hi

after we successfully finished the Integration part for feeds and groups between C4C and SAP JAM. it has been mentioned in many places that the SAP JAM tool can be used as KNOWLEDGE BASE for the SOLUTION FINDER of the Service Tickets in C4C.

Unfortunately we haven't found out yet how this could be accomplished?!

 

did anyone try this before? could you please provide any hints or guides which could help us?
