Email template with extension fields for Campaign execution

Hi,

I understand that Email template in campaign allowed for placeholder to dynamically populate data like account name, title, etc

Is it possible to populate the extension field in individual customer to the email template dynamically, for campaign execution? If yes, how?

If no, is there any workaround to populate the extension fields in the email template?
