SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Hello Experts,

 

Is SAP renaming C4C as 'SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer'?

If yes, then what is the rationale behind this ?

 

Will hybris Marketing, hybris Commerce and hybris Billing related functionalities be all part of this new package along with C4C?

 

Please share your thoughts and info.

Reports in the Silverlight it´s not equal on the HTML5

Hi there,

 

I have any question about the report..

 

First, I realized that what is shown in Silverlight is not the same as HTML 5, why?

The report has added the item hierarchy:

01. See the image below report showing only the results of a field without adding the result. and html shows the graph the result. How do I remove?

02. In Silverlight is not shown in the fields as in html .. So how do I get the html show me the correct fields appear when the table? where i modified the texst?

C4C - "All" option in different objects (customers, opportunities, quotes, etc)

Dear C4C experts,

 

Is there any way to control (ideally based on role), that the option "all" is not displayed to certain users?

business case: It was required to build sales organizations and also territory, so in that sense when searching for a customer in the standard search (Accounts -Customers) we have My account, my account team´s account, my territory team´s accounts and my team´s accounts.  this is working fine but the user also sees option ALL.   Even if the role is setting as read access restricted, it shows all customers in the database and in our case this is not desired by the company.   Sales users should only see those mentioned before.

 

Not only for this object but in several occasions it has been required that only  X, Y or Z searching options are displayed to users. This sounds like a very reasonable request, is there a way to influence this?

C4C integration to multiple SAP ECC backends

Can anybody confirm C4C can be integrated to mutiple ECC backends (via either HCI or PI)? Any bad experience to share while implementing this scenario?

Hi SAP community,

 

Could you please tell me how to transfer the field "Order reason" from the ERP sales Order to C4C Sales Order.

 

The problem is that I did not find in the code list mapping no local data type name like "OrderReason".

 

Could you please help me?

C4C The sales document is not yet complete Edit data sales quote request pricing

Hi Experts

 

When we request external pricing in C4C sales quote from ECC, we have a warning message that says "The sales document is not yet complete Edit data" even all information is sent from C4C to ECC and pricing is correctly replicated to C4C sales quote. As additional comment we are able to create follow up document in ECC with same data sent in simulation (request external pricing).

 

These are the steps we are follwing:

 

1.- Create a sales quote

2.- Add all mandatory fields

3.- Add a product (replicated from ECC)

4.- Request external pricing  here is when we get the message The sales document is not yet complete Edit data

BP Direct Responsibility Out and Integration Documentation

Hi SAP Community,

 

We have two items to bring up regarding Integration with CRM:

 

1st:


There is standard outbound interface for BP Direct Responsibility Out and I presume this is used to maintain the Owner of a Corporate Account.

When we download the latest mapping descriptions - 1511 from the CRM Integration portal - this mapping description is missing.


Is there a new package for 1602 that includes this?

It would be helpful to have this.

 

2nd:

 

Is there any good documentation on these standard CRM-C4C interfaces?

See screenshot for Inbound Replicate BP documentation - It simply says "An interface to replicate business partner data from an SAP Business Suite system."

Not helpful at all like other API documentation which has examples and descriptions.

Hello,

 

I am currently working on Account Hierarchy Replication to SAP C4C. I need to know about the tags <BusinessPartnerInternalIDTypeCode> and <ParentBusinessPartnerInternalIDTypeCode> in the payload. What exactly should be the value for these tags? Any sample payload will be of great help.

Solution profile - Decommission Test Tenant - Tenant Landscape

Hello Experts,

 

We have an existing test tenant and a production tenant in our landscape which is Live.

 

Question 1:

We are planning to introduce a new second test tenant with the solution profile from the existing test tenant. Is it possible to copy Solution profile from an existing test tenant into another new test tenant ?

 

Question 2:

After this, we are planning to decommission the old test tenant and request a replacement tenant in its place with Solution Profile from the Production tenant. Will this Production Solution profile copy all data including custom reports, screen layouts and extension fields from Production tenant to the replacement test tenant ?

 

I am under the impression that Solution profile will copy only the configurations done via the Business Configuration facet. All other extensions and screen layouts will have to be manually downloaded/uploaded.

 

Kindly confirm and advise.

How can I link opportunities and sales quotes during data migration?

 

Shall I put sales quote ID in Related documents tab of Opportunity migration template? Or shall I put opportunity ID in Document flow tab of Sales QUote migration template?

Disable Automatic Contract Assignment

Hello,

 

Do you know if it is possible to Disable automatic contract assigned during ticket creation? Currently, when we crate new ticket, the Contract is assigned automatically. Sure if there is case when two applicable contract available for Customer/Registered Product - we see notification message and Agent has to select manually.

The Idea is to disable this functionality, and after ticket is create - Agent will assign Contract Manually, or even request to do this for his manager. This is business process specific related question.

 

I've checked in the internet, other SCN topics and guidance but I didn't found anything that can be done via configuration. Also browses Project Scope, but no any "question" asked if I want to do that manually or aquatically.

 

Please share you Ideas or experience of workaround, otherwise it will be a custom development that I would like to do as a last option.

Hello Folks,

 

 

I am trying to get any administrator guide which can help me to configure CTI in my C4C solution.

 

I found out some useful links and discussion but I am looking for a detailed documentation which will provide me the idea in depth about the steps i need to carry out at C4C.

 

And also in one of the PDF it was mentioned as we need to edit CTI project but from where to download it, I don't know.

 

Can anyone please help me out to get it through?

1812545- List for Countries Embrace Postal Code as Essential field in Account Management

Hello

Can any one please provide some clarification on the attached SAP Note and behavior in SAP Hybris C4C.

regarding the topic " Countries embracing Postal code as required ( mandatory) in Account management.

 

I refer to SAP note 1812545 ( attached).

 

When we test the account creation in C4C, with countries in which Postal code is required , we are able to save the accounts even without Postal code or PO box values filled in.

Not sure if this a bug or something else needs to be activated to enable this feature.

 

 

We have checked the fine tune activity in business configuration and the configuration seems fine , meaning countries where he postal code is flagged as required .

But during testing we are able to save the accounts even without making a entry in the postal code.

our understanding was that the postal code should be mandatory based on the Fine tune activity for the specified country.

Please advise.

Incomming communication - CTI configuration

Hi,

 

To configure the Phone communication in C4S I installed the SAP Cloud for Customer CTI Client Adapter on my computer and opened the "live activity" side pane in my C4C solution.

 

If I simulate an inbound call to C4C, CTI adapter says "OK", but nothing happens and call doesn't reach into C4C, live activity.

I did everything mentioned on the SCN blog already, but it still doesn't work.

Replicate sales order from ecc to c4c

Hi experts, I have a problem in next scenario.


I have a sales quote created in C4C, and it is replicated to ECC as sales quote too, then from this sales quote a Sales Order is created directly in ECC and finally the sales order created is replicated from ECC to C4C, the problem is that the sales order created in ERP is not replicated automatically, I only can replicate it manually via tx code COD_INT_MENU.


Do you know which config must be done in ECC,
