SAP Cloud For Customer : Data Workbench Limitation

Hi Experts,

 

 

 

We have created embed component and add into Account Screen.

 

 

Now we have exposed that custom object as custom OData and in new functionality we can also upload data into C4C within that embed component.

 

 

 

We have few questions:

 

1) How many record we can upload via this Data Workbench in once (using Single File).

2) Is there any limitation of file size for uploading.

3) While uploading data sometime we are getting error called "Locked Object" now, how to solve this.

 

 

 

Please let me know if anyone have idea about this.

Material replication issue for update

Hi,

I am trying to replicate Materials from ECC to C4C using HCI, initial replication is working fine, but if I replicate the existing material, the message is stuck in C4C with "waiting" status, it tries to execute the message 7 times before giving up. I tried the payload from SOAPUI, it behaves the same way.  Works fine for new materials but not responding for update with actioncode 04. Enclosed the soapui payload. C4C message monitoring gives the following error

Hi experts,

I have a problem with Following tab in C4C. Even if I mark some employees to follow them I cannot see it in this tab. I have also problem with seeing this following persons in Feed Sources (Personalization -> Feed Sources).

In this case I don’t have any integration between C4C and Jam. Any suggestion?

Dear collagues,

 

How I can stop the migration process?

 

I try to delete imported file from migration tool, but always appear an information text - Migration in progress, you can't delete the file.

The migration going on during 8 hours and I can't interrupt this process.

Error during re-defining Organization Structure

Hi Experts,

 

I am facing with the below issue while trying to create Organization Structure:

It states that modifying assignment for employee is not possible; they are locked by user.

 

Please suggest how can I solve this issues. I will be really grateful if someone can help me out on this.

External Pricing: Personnel Master record Missing

Hello Experts

 

I am setting up external pricing for sales quotes in my current project. We are using SAP PO as the middleware between C4C and ECC. I have set up external pricing before where it has worked fine, but this time I am getting some errors that are unknown to me.

 

 

All relevant setup should be done in ECC and C4C, however when executing the pricing I get the following errors:

 

 

 

Personnel master record does not exist; I do not understand this error. I believe it should be possible to execute a pricing request from C4C without the user being mapped in ECC? Furthermore we are getting this same message with all users.

 

Have any of you experienced a similar issue?

Problem with Enhance a Form from a Customer Quote.

Hi Experts!!

 

I have a problem with an extension field in the SDK. When i a Try to Enhance Form to a Customer Quote i cannot to see the Template asociated.

 

1) Right Click on the Customer Quote BO.

2) Select the value to map to the form.

Org Structure not copied during tenant copy?

Hi there,

We copied our Test tenant to a Productive tenant (data included) a few months ago.

I was sure the Org Structure was copied over but now when I check my Org Structure, there is nothing there?

 

Can someone confirm if Org Structure is copied during a tenant copy? (I was told that every employee must be assigned to an Org Structure node in order to work...but we have users in the system now, so it seems to work without this org assignment)?

"Instance with the same key already exists" - when migrating to an existing hierarchy

Hi All,

 

We are trying to upload a single-level hierarchy into C4C and running into this error (above).

 

I did see a previous SCN forum for it but it didn't quite resolve our specific issue. One of the items mentioned previously was to check if any of the accounts belong to an existing hierarchy.

 

In our list of accounts in the hierarchy template, only the top-level node exists in the system with one child attached to it.

 

We have another 40+ child accounts that we are trying to add to this existing hierarchy.

 

How can we add these child accounts to the existing hierarchy? i.e. I cannot find what hierarchy IDs exist already in the system as well..

Just got this error when running RCOD_CONNECTIVITY in ECC:  (the ones with red dot)

 

 

     Please enter a valid logical message

     Error when inserting inbound message COD_CONFIRMATION into partner profile for ....

 

When we click to get details, we get:

I need to do the same for Create Service Ticket   from "Follow up actions" into Survery.

Cloud for Customer - Real Estate Implementation

Hi,

 

I'm trying to come up with a solution template for C4C on the Real Estate Industry. I'll be using the template to pursue local clients. Here are some of my concerns:

 

1. Do you know of any C4C standard implementation for the Real Estate Industry? Can you provide some pointers on this?

2. What are the standard C4C functionalities that we can consider on Real Estate implementation? How about customized functionalities?

3. References and guides.

 

I am trying to come up with a generic solution template and not limited to leasing, multi-tenant, property management, commercial, and social housing. But any specific input would help.

Activity – Appointment, Attendee Party message deletion.

Hi Masters,

In my system, I’m getting an error message saying “Please enter a Party with role Attendee” on the Appointment Activity Screen.

Refer the attached screen shot..

I wanted to disable this message. Where can I find this this custom message?? And how can I delete it.??

 

Looked at Activity’s .XBO on SDK side development, I didn’t find this message.

Automatic transfer of open leads/opportunity to Manager when sales employee leaves

Hello,

 

We have a business requirement if any sales employee leaves and we want to re-assign the open leads and opportunities to either his manager/new hire. Is there way we can re-assign them without having to do like mass change? More like an automatic by entering this data one time  update in leads and opportunity..

 

If assigning to manager for short period and then when new employee join these leads/opportunities are transferred to him/her once again.

 

Is there a way to custom build to achieve this or any existing process already exist?

unable to view or download wsdl for sap c4c integration

hello ,

 

i wanted to integrate sap C4C with another product and i hence i wanted to download the wsdl in order to access SAP web API.

However in the SAP C4C 'partner development tab' i can only see this message

"If the Development work center view is assigned to your user, you can develop solutions in the software development kit (SDK)."

I tried to follow the link

User Roles

and coudnt however assign "developer" role to an employee.I am not sure how to go about getting the WSDL for SAP C4C

 

Can anyone help??

Need some information on SAP C4C Service integration with SAP S/4 HANA on premise.

 

We are planning to start integration activity between SAP C4C and S/4 HANA OP through HCI.

I am unable to see the IMG path “Integration with Other SAP Components -->Integration with SAP Cloud for Customer” in S4 HANA OP system and C4C related BC sets are also missing. 

 

Question: The C4C add-on [CODERINT] is required to install support integration with S4 HANA OP?
