I got a fresh instance of SAP Digital for Customer Engagement (C4C basic). I want to create contacts in C4C by exporting contacts from LinkedIn and Outlook.
When I follow the instructions in SAP guide to upload as CSV but use target as "Contact" all records fail to upload throwing an error on the lines of "Business Partner category not defined".
Can you please guide what could be wrong?
